You agree not to use zyberspace for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes but is not limited to: hosting malicious content, distributing malware, phishing, spam, or any content that violates applicable laws.
You retain all rights to the content you upload to zyberspace. By uploading content, you grant us the necessary permissions to host and display that content as part of providing our services.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
zyberspace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
